Type White, with a short time in American oak barrels.
Harvest First week of September. Harvested byhand at sunrise so the grapes are received at the winery with covered in the dew of the morning.
Serving temperature 8 to 10 degrees.
This wine is presented without stabilisers and with very light filtering, allowing for the presence of natural sediments which ensure its purity and integrity. This wine should therefore be decanted.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance Medium straw yellow with green tones.
Nose Very high intensity, white fruit, pineapple, apple and grapefruit along with butter, flint and vanilla tones.
Taste Powerful retronasal release that imitates the olfactory phase. Mild attack, fruity, fresh and agile at the same time mid-palate, meaty and unctuous. Lingering grapefruit and lightly spicy finish.
Pairing All types of cheeses, fish and seafood, salads, pasta and foie.
